A recent graduate of the 2005 programme, Mr. Tony Wong, Vice President for JP Morgan Chase & Company, points out that the course emphasizes how to apply proven real estate models, and the impact of a company's realty strategy on its bottom line.In a recent survey, 97% of real estate executives who completed the programme expressed that they learnt new methods for improving their job performance, whilst 85% of graduates used their newly acquired skills on the job within 90 days."When the whole world is talking about the importance of Continuous Professional Development, it is hard to find a good curriculum that combines certification with quality and it is easy to get trapped with tactical level training that is easy to mark, versus strategic level development which is a lot less tangible," says Mr. Wong.
