Imagine being on time, on budget, within scope ...

Tony is committed to transforming traditional project management practices.
In many cases, these old practices result in projects failing to meet success criteria 70% of the time - things like overworked team members, budget overruns, poor product quality, schedule overruns and simply too much work to get the job done.
To combat these inherent software development challenges, Tony has developed a unique approach to project management leadership - a system called Point Man.
This unique system picks up where other Project Management methodologies - like Scrum - leave off.
With Point Man, Project Managers learn to leave behind the old paradigms of managing and administering projects and begin leading project teams to success through integrity and fulfillment of the potential created through team work and camaraderie.
Tony continuously inspires his clients and colleagues through his natural ability to mentor, coach and communicate his system and beliefs.
He is currently working on his first book (due out in July 2008) that outlines how to implement this system into any organization be it business and/or personal.
This will be the foundation for Tony's other tools of education including seminars, newsletters, audio-tapes, and other innovative mediums.
BACKGROUND
Prior to heading up his own consultancy, Tony was the Director of Project Management for Neudesic, one of Microsoft's leading .NET professional services firms.
At Neudesic, Tony led a 100-person consultancy with a portfolio of 40 plus concurrent projects towards success.
Before that, Tony led Honda Motorcycles to strategically plan, develop and implement their consumer-facing web presence for all Honda's power sports products including motorcycles, ATV's, scooters and watercraft.
The results of this 2-year, 120,000 man-hour effort can be seen at www.powersports.honda.com.
Tony's Project Management industry experience includes a long list of past and present clients (see table below).
He has experienced all levels of Project Management from working in the trenches to overseeing large teams of PM's and teams.
He has endured the pressure, the knocks, the friction of running projects through the traditional ways (Waterfall, etc..) and has learned that Project Management can be a joyful rewarding experience.
