Fabio Piccirillo, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years experience in the hotel industry and is supported by Arnaud Martin, Chief Marketing Officer, and Tommy Wong, Chief Finance Officer.

After completing his secondary school education at Royal College Port Louis, Tommy Wong travelled to London, where he spent three years from 1986 at the London School of Economics, studying for a BSc in Management Science (Econ).

Following his degree, he went on to Touche Ross (London) - now known as Deloitte & Touche - and successfully completed his articleship there, to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in December 1991. During his time in London, he specialised in audit, corporate finance and insolvency. He is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

After spending almost eight years in London, Tommy came back to Mauritius and worked at Messrs Kemp Chatteris Deloitte & Touche (Chartered Accountants) in the field of audit and corporate finance and managed a portfolio of large corporate groups in the hotel, textile and banking sectors. From a managerial position, Tommy was made a full partner of the firm in 1997 and headed the Corporate Finance Division, which was responsible for several high profile listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

Tommy joined the Sun Resorts corporate team in July 1998 as Group Financial Accountant, mainly responsible for financing, project assessment, regional and project accounting and group consolidation. In July 2005, he was promoted to Regional Financial Manager, before becoming Chief Finance Officer on 1 January 2007.

In his current post, Tommy oversees all aspects of the Group's finances, including treasury, legal and insurance matters.
