He has more than 14 years of professional services experience, helping deliver marketing strategy, brand strategy, digital strategy, and market research and analytics recommendations for major brands, such as Intel, Microsoft, H-P, eBay, Toyota, Safeway, Samsung, and Wells Fargo. At iCrossing, Edmund provides strategic services for clients, such as Williams-Sonoma, Epson, and Travelocity. Most recently, he developed innovative social media engagement and monitoring programs for clients in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Before joining iCrossing, he worked at Publicis Modem as VP, Strategy and Analytics. Some of his accomplishments at Modem include leading the site redesign of Superpages.com, developing the acquisition strategy for the launch of Microsoft's Windows Live Search, and designing a global SEM governance model for H-P.
