Mr.Edmond Wong, CWP Wine Director, is fast becoming a widely recognized wine celebrity, for his unique style and expert commentaries. Mr. Wong was invited by the Expo to act as compere and master-of-ceremony on the second and third day. Well done, Edmond!

Edmond Wong even opened some 1.5 liter and 3 liter Alpha Cabinet Sauvignon for the guests. That went very well indeed with the greatly appreciated cigars from Cuba. Edmond Wong showed the video on his visit to Vina Montes, Alpalta during his recent trip to Chile.

Edmond would not let the evening go by without one last surprise for our guests. He served up the iconic Purple Angel. To accompany this little beauty, Edmond surrendered his last reserve of the incomparable Iberico ham from Spain ¨C best in the world. Edmond, a truly generous host!
