    Prior to joining Phipps Houses Services, Inc., Ms. Wong was the property manager for the Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc., the largest Chinese-American non-profit organization in New York City, for 10 years.From 1996 to 1998, she was also a Court Appointed 7A Administrator managing distressed buildings for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

    Ms. Wong attended Bernard M. Baruch College earning a Bachelor of Business Administration.Ms. Wong is also a graduate of the Pratt Community Economic Development Internship Program, which is a master's level program specializing in community-based real estate housing and commercial real estate developments.
