Earl Wong has over 15 years of general management experience creating customer-centric businesses and technology solutions.

Earl co-founded and is the managing partner of Visionary Solutions.Much of Earl's client work has been with innovative, segment-leading service sector marketers including Universal MCA, Paramount, the San Francisco Giants, Hewlett Packard, PepsiCo, and The Hillman Company (a venture capital firm).Earl assisted these companies by identifying and integrating the necessary service delivery, technological, and logistical systems in order to maximize operating efficiencies and financial performance for the organization as a whole.

Prior to creating Visionary Solutions, Earl led a development effort to create a Marketing Technology Firm.During this effort, patented a customer relationship management, marketing and analysis software product for the restaurant industry which was awarded a U.S. Patent for the design and business methodology.

Earl has also worked with various companies delivering systems that measure and report on key performance criteria.As the Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer of a several national concerns, he helped facilitate the relationship between the business organizations to enhance profitability.
