Mr. Womac began his U. S. Steel career in 1977 in Houston, Texas.He has been in sales and marketing capacities with the company since 1980.He had extensive automotive marketing and sales experience in the Detroit, Michigan area before holding assignments in Gary, Birmingham and Pittsburgh.

He assumed his current position as General Manager-Commercial for U. S. Steel Serbia in April 2003 and has responsibility for business and commercial planning, customer technical service, marketing, sales and customer service and transportation.
