Seth B. Wolnek joined First Financial Group in April of 1997.Seth earned his CFPâ in 2001.Prior to joining the firm, Seth practiced law primarily in the Washington, D.C. area, working with the law firm of Morrison & Forester.He also served as a Legislative fellow with Senator Frank Lautenburg.Seth received a Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from The American University in Washington, D.C. and his Juris Doctor (JD)* from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington, NY.Seth is admitted to the bar in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Alabama.He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, The Estate Planning Council of Birmingham and serves on the board of The FPA of North Alabama.

Seth is a member of the firm's Planning Department specializing in estate planning and has management responsibilities focusing on the Firm's strategic alliances.In addition to his work on behalf of the firm's clients, Seth maintains a personal financial planning practice working primarily with physicians, small business owners and established individuals.

Seth is married to Michelle Bearman-Wolnek, a Birmingham native and they have two children.Meyer and Raquel.In additional to his professional endeavors, Seth is actively involved with local charitable organizations.He serves on a number of not-for-profit boards and holds leadership positions with them.Seth also enjoys a competitive round of golf or tennis match.
