Mr. Wolmer, a Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2008 and participates in all legal aspects relating to the investment activities of the Structured Equity Funds.

Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Wolmer was an associate in the global corporate group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in Los Angeles.

Mr. Wolmer has a BA from the University of Michigan and received his JD from the Fordham School of Law in 2001.
