Steve Wolmark. Steve joined CHP's Board in 2006 and serves on the Housing committee. Through his work with SKS Investments, he brings knowledge in real estate development, asset management and financial matters to our organization.

Mr. Wolmark has over five years of experience in the financing, development and asset management of residential and commercial properties. Prior to completing his MBA, Mr. Wolmark served as the Executive Director of PHASE, a non-profit residential developer in Pittsburgh, PA. At PHASE, Mr. Wolmark was responsible for all aspects of the company's development, rental management and construction activities.

Mr. Wolmark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California.
