    I borrowed this section heading from the title of a wonderful book by Bill Wohlman, Chief Economist for Business Week magazine.If you haven't read it, I strongly recommend adding it to your summer reading list.Wohlman's book challenges the reader to consider whether the move to 401K plans was part of some wholesale conspiracy.I'm a free-markets man, not a conspiratorialist, but I believe Wohlman makes an interesting comparison between the "Ponzi scheme" and 401K plans.Have we been hoaxed?
