Nathan P. Wolf is a partner in WolfBlock's Real Estate Practice Group with more than 25 years of experience emphasizing real estate tax appeal and condemnation matters.In addition to his extensive experience in the apartment, commercial, office, warehouse and retail arenas, Mr. Wolf has represented clients in a broad array of matters involving many unique properties such as casinos/hotels, super regional malls, a water reservoir dam, a vitamin C plant, oil refineries and a freeze-dried coffee plant.
Mr. Wolf's practice incorporates other aspects of valuation litigation, including closely held corporations.He has also acted as co-counsel with respect to marital assets in substantial matrimonial matters as well as in economic rent disputes between landlords and tenants arising under lease renewal clauses.
Mr. Wolf's client list is broad and extensive, including both individuals and multi-national corporations.He has appeared as a guest lecturer before various chapters of the Appraisal Institute, assessor organizations and property owner groups.
Mr. Wolf has been involved in thousands of cases, more than 20 of which have resulted in reported decisions.A recent multi-year settlement resulted in an aggregate assessment reduction exceeding $800,000,000 and tax savings for our client in excess of $24,000,000.
Mr. Wolf is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as well as to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.He is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and George Washington University (B.A.).Mr. Wolf has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court and as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Conley, Judge of the Tax Court.
