Eric Wohlfield
Currently an Assistant Golf Professional at Grand Haven Golf Club, Eric has had an extensive golf history.
He has been coaching professionally for the past four years, and he has devised this philosophy, "Every individual has a unique swing and should be taught to make the most of their natural abilities based on the same basic fundamentals-grip posture and alignment.
The goal is to get the fundamentals correct to provide a solid foundation for an athletic swing with good temp and balance.
Each lesson stresses the importance of the short game when it comes to scoring.
Eric attended high school at Brighton High School in Brighton, MI. While attending Brighton High School, he was a member of their golf team, and in 1997 he was named Mr. Golf.
In 2002, Eric graduated from Hope College with a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
While attending Hope College he played for their golf team for four years, and he was named All-American in two of his four years of playing collegiate golf.
After graduating from college Eric went on to play one year on the Hooters Golf Tour where he was able to further his golfing career.
