Dr. Dan Wlodarczyk

Dorlee Chavez, RN, received the "Dedicated Heart Award" for her "weekly dedication to [SOS] patients for 8 years; for her compassion, love, and understanding; for going above an beyond the call of duty . . ." Dan Wlodarczyk, MD, received the "North Star Award" for his "direction and guidance of the SOS program for 18 years; for his mentorship of hundreds of medical residents in the ways of homeless health care and compassionate, non-judgmental provider manner . . ." And VET SOS Project Manager Illana Strubel, DVM, received the "Saint Bernard Award" for her "loyalty and commitment to an idea, which she turned into a reality; for her watchfulness and care of a fledgling project, which with 4 years of tending, became an institutionalized success . . ."

SFCCC is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. David Offman as interim Medical Director of SFCCC and Dr. Dawn Harbatkin as Medical Director Liaison and Dr. Dan Wlodarczyk ("Dr. Dan") as Interim Medical Director for SFCCC's Street Outreach Services.

As SFCCC evaluates the current needs of our organization with the new hiring, we have determined that for the next three months we will be contracting to ask Dan, Dave and Dawn to cover these critical leadership roles to SFCCC and to assure representation at meetings with our partners.
