He is able to understand clients and candidates needs, which enables him to find the right candidate "the impact player" to help his clients achieve specific hiring goals and objectives.

His experience includes working as a Corporate Account Manager for CDW Computers.After that, Chris was one of the most decorated District Managers for Vector Marketing when he was the sole proprietor for CRIW Inc.For the past 4 years he finished in the top 20% of all managers.He states the reason for his success is because he "loves to help people achieve their dreams and goals."He takes great pride in what he does and truly cares about the individual.

Chris graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2001 with a degree in Business Management.He played soccer and was a 4-year varsity starter.He finished as the 3 rd leading scorer in school history.

Chris has been together with his girlfriend, Carol, for 2 years and they love traveling and vacationing together.He is an avid sports fan-both playing and watching.He loves golf as well as fishing.
