Adam joined MJ&A in 2004 as a Consultant.He graduated from the University of Bath, in the UK with joint honours in French and Russian.

After attaining his degree, he started working at an investment bank in London.Wanting to gain broader market knowledge he became a recruitment consultant for finance professionals.

This led to dealing with a number of energy companies.His next move was for an independent information provider of energy commodities information.

Working predominantly in Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS, he established and managed business relationships and became involved in product development.

Adam has a keen interest in innovation.
