Michael Winsor joined Amarin Pharmaceuticals as Vice President, Finance in January 2002.Previously, Mr. Winsor was Controller at Listen.com, an Internet startup company featuring on-demand digital music delivery since May 2000.Prior to this, Mr. Winsor held various financial management positions, including six years with Chiron Corporation from 1993 to 1998 where he was Finance Director for their vision care operations in Germany, Controller for their pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico where he was responsible for creating and leading the finance team in startup operations, and Accounting Manager for their operations in Emeryville.

Mr. Winsor trained with PriceWaterhouse & Co. (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in London.

Mr. Winsor is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.He has a BSc (Hon) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London, and he earned an MBA from Golden Gate University.
