Ms. Terri Winchell

TERRI WINCHELL Ms. Winchell, Vice President of Operations runs the company's Technical Support Group and is the executive in charge of Sales Administration, Customer Service and Project Management. She has developed and implemented key processes for supporting the Corporation's clients in all project phases from quotation through commissioning. Her team has earned the respect of both longtime and returning customers as a group that recognizes the importance of timely, accurate and professional responses.

Ms. Winchell has over 20 years experience in the critical power industry, specializing in Uninterruptible Power Systems. Prior to joining DSA Encore, Ms. Winchell was a key member of the sales and marketing groups at KW Control Systems and Piller GMBH, and ultimately was the manager of their technical support group.
