    CSC APPOINTS NICK WILSON PRESIDENT OF EUROPEAN NORTHERN REGION OPERATIONS EL SEGUNDO, Calif., July 5 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced the appointment of Nick Wilson as president of Europe's Northern Region, which includes the U.K., Ireland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Wilson, who will report to Guy Hains, president of CSC's European operations, joins CSC from Unisys, where he was vice president and managing director of the U.K., Middle East and Africa regions.

    Prior to Unisys, Wilson spent more than 10 years at IBM, most recently as general manager of IBM's Global Services business in the U.K., Ireland and South Africa, and earlier as vice president of the company's Strategic Outsourcing business. During his career he also held sales and management positions at Data Sciences Ltd., the FI Group, AGS Information Services, NCR and Digital Equipment Corp. He has a bachelor's degree in business studies from Middlesex Polytechnic, North London.

    Nick Wilson became Managing Director of Unisys UK MEA at the end of May 2006, moving from IBM UK, where he held a range of senior management posts during a ten year period.Nick spent the earlier part of his career at a range of leading IT services organisations, including NCR, Digital and the FI Group.

    In 1995, he joined Data Sciences Corporation to help build and manage their Applications Management business and, when Data Sciences was acquired by IBM in 1996, he became sector manager for Financial Services, developing and running IBM's outsourcing business in this area.

    He later became head of the UK Applications Management business, and in 2004 was appointed Vice President in charge of Strategic Outsourcing for the EMEA Northern Europe territory.Finally, in July 2005, Nick was appointed General Manager for IBM Global Services in the UK, in which position he held complete profit and loss responsibility for a $2 billion business, with more than 12,000 employees.

    Nick came to Unisys in order to drive a strategy for the future focused on strong growth and profitability targets.As leader of one of the five Unisys regional companies, he is relishing the prospect of helping the Unisys UK MEA business become a more dynamic, profitable and innovative leader in the services field.
