Mickola Wilson

Teesland said its CEO, Mickola Wilson, would step down, but would provide consultancy and advice in relation to the Teesland Advantage Property, a LSE and Channel Islands listed Property Trust managed by Teesland.

Former Teesland chairman and Valad director Kevin McCabe said Mrs Wilson led a period of substantial growth and the expansion for the company's European network.

"Mickola has made a considerable contribution to the success of the Teesland business since joining as CEO in 2002," Mr McCabe said.

Mickola Wilson, managing director of MWB's fund management division, takes up her position on November 1, as does Paul Oliver, who is currently a Teesland director.

Mickola is a member of the investment committee for the Scandinavian Strategic Property Fund. She worked for Guardian Royal Exchange for over 20 yrs and became MD of the Property Fund Management division.

In 2000 Mickola joined MWB as head of the Fund Management division with £600m funds under management.

In 2002, Mickola joined Teesland plc as CEO to a newly formed property fund management company listed on the London stock exchange, with over £4bn of funds under management across UK, Western and Central Europe.

Mickola joined Teesland in November 2002 from MWB where she was Head of Fund Management.Previously as managing director of Guardian Properties she was responsible for funds of over £1 billion and Guardian's occupational portfolio.
