Becki Wilson, a special education teacher at Franklin High School, says it's only natural for teachers to go on leave after having a baby.
Wilson, who has seven children, says she took several years off from teaching while many of her children were small so she could spend lots of time with them.
"Anytime I ever went on leave I always told the principal in a good amount of time," said Wilson, who last went on maternity leave while teaching at Grassland Middle School.
