Seattle, WA-February 17, 2006-Bart Wilson, MBA, CPA, has joined Bader Martin, PS as a shareholder in the firm's Accounting and Assurance Services practice.
He also serves as Director of Audit Services.

A graduate of Pomona College and the University of Washington, Mr. Wilson's public accounting experience includes ten years with the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand, (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and six years as a partner with a local CPA firm.
His practice focus includes professional service firms, high technology companies, manufacturers and not-for profit organizations, as well as new and emerging businesses and business turnarounds.
Mr. Wilson has held positions as vice president of finance for Harbor Properties and president and CEO of Caravali Coffees.
He also worked as an independent CFO for a variety of growing companies in the region, including an international biomass business, an internet startup and a rapid-growth high technology company.
Mr. Wilson served as an instructor for the University of Washington as well as the AICPA and the WSCPA.
He has been active on the boards of the Northwest Chamber Orchestra, the Bertschi School, Childhaven, and the Northwest Center for the Retarded.
He was also the president of Childhaven during their successful capital campaign.
