Barry Wilson is the Director of Portfolio Management for PEMGROUP.

Prior to joining PEMGROUP, Mr. Wilson was associated with Centre Pacific where he was responsible for marketing the full array of Centre Pacific products and a portfolio manager responsible for structured products focusing on CDO's and other credit products.Prior to joining Centre Pacific, LLC in 2004, Mr. Wilson was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pacific Investment Management Company.There he was instrumental in the divestiture of over $4 billion in secondary CDO's while purchasing approximately $200 million in secondary CDO's for inclusion in PIMCO high yield and CDO accounts.

In addition, Mr. Wilson has been associated with Coast Asset Management, where he was responsible for manager due diligence and credit research.Mr. Wilson has over 17 years of investment experience in high yield, senior leveraged loans and structured products.He was credit trained at Manufacturers Hanover in New York City.

Mr. Wilson holds a B.B.A. in finance and a B.A. in political science from Southern Methodist University.
