  Has been an actor and improviser for 12 years and has performed across the North America.He was a member of Just for Laughs Improv Champion and Comedy Award Nominee On the Spot Improv.He appeared as an improviser and stand up at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival three times.
  
  He moved to Vancouver and was with the International Champion Vancouver Theatresports where he performed regularly, including the improvsied play The Xmas Files.
  
  In Vancouver he was also a member of the Comedy Award nominee Rock, Paper, Scissors He played Scrooge with the troupe's original creation, A Twisted Christmas Carol.
  
  In Toronto he became involved with Toronto Theatresports and performed and was an instructor their for 5 years.
  
  He created the sold out and critically acclaimed Hairy Patter and the Improviser's Stone.
  
  While in Montreal Barry produced the TV program, The On The Spot Show.He appeared regularly doing radio improv on CJAD and has also performed a number on varioius shows on CBC Radio in Toronto.
  
  He has been a facilitor and performer for coporate and special events in all 3 cities.
  
  In non improvisational situations Barry has worked in TV and Film and as a freelance comedy writer.
  
  Barry's background includes growing up in the Funeral business learning the importance of customer relations and handling difficult and crisis situations.
  
  He has worked in PR & Promotions and helped develop stratagies for the Dinosaur World Tour, Bad Dog Theatre, Cara Operations, Captain Morgan Rum, The CN Tower, SmartFX and more.

  says Wilson.What we do is try to find alternative ways to realize that value..One way is to offer capital in the form of mezzanine debt , where investors-which for Huntington are two Southern California banks and a pool of individuals-participate in the growth of the company through either stock warrant or royalty arrangement.The entrepreneurs pay back the debt in five to six years or convert it to equity.
