Wilson.Mr. Wilson joined Coast Asset Management in April 1999.Prior to joining Coast, he was a Vice President and Assistant Portfolio Manager for Pilgrim Prime Rate Trust and Senior Analyst for the Pilgrim High Yield Fund focusing on both fixed and floating rate investments, in both open and closed-end mutual funds and CDOs.Prior to joining Pilgrim, Mr. Wilson held a series of credit and marketing positions within the leveraged finance community with several leading international banks including Sumitomo Bank and Credit Lyonnais where he was the primary account officer for highly-leveraged companies specializing in leveraged buy-out transactions, restructurings, and private equity.Mr. Wilson received his formal credit training at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in 1987 and received his B.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in 1986.
