    "Judy Wilson-Grote is a Customer Service Agent for Northwest Airlines.During the holiday season there was an incident with a military officer.Due to a mix-up with his ticket he missed his flight and did not have the ability to purchase another ticket.He needed to get to Baltimore on time to meet up with his unit leaving for Iraq.After exhausting all other options, Judy did an amazing thing.She pulled out her credit card and bought him a ticket.She also arranged to get passes for his very anxious family to wait with him at the gate until his flight left.

    Judy has also won acclaim from travel and tour operators.She is the one they call when they have large groups coming into the airport.When she is working, tour operators know that their customers, many of whom are youth groups, will be taken care of.She makes travel easy and comfortable for these groups and encourages future bookings.

    Judy is a person who knows what it means to help others in need and take some of the burden off them during trying times.She is consistently helpful and kind and genuinely cares about her customers.Not many would go to the lengths that Judy has to help others.She is a shining star in the airport."
