Our Managing Director, Peter Willmert has built a reputation as a message and communications specialist.A former staff writer at The Des Moines Register, Peter has provided communications services to U.S. Senators, congressional, and coordinated campaigns.

As spokesman and Communications Director for the Iowa Coordinated Campaign and Iowa Democratic Party, Peter wrote political advertising copy and advised candidates and elected officials about message development and marketing strategy.

Peter served on Senator Paul Wellstone's communications team, and was press assistant to Senator Tom Harkin, where he handled media relations, wrote speeches, and produced scripts for radio and television.

Peter served as the Communications Director for a million-dollar congressional campaign before joining the management team at Strategy Source.
