Pastor William "Barney" Willis, IV

Wm. Barney Willis IV is originally from the Eastern Shore, Maryland.He graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education in 1982.

Pastor Willis was saved in 1988 at Victory Church.He joined the staff in 1996.He is a member of the Warriors of Worship orchestra and has been a private music instructor for the past 18 years.

Pastor Willis met his wife, Melanie, at Shenandoah Conservatory.They were married in 1981.Melanie is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves the church through counseling and Celebrate Recovery Ministry.They have two wonderful children, Nicole Elise and William B. Willis V (Billy).
