STAMFORD, Connecticut, March 8, 2001 - Advantage Human Resourcing, the largest woman-owned staffing firm in the U.S., has named William H. Willis as Chief Operating Officer, effective March 6, 2001.Willis will assume responsibility for the day to day operation of the company, including finance, human resources, technology, new business development and field operations.

Willis joins Advantage Human Resourcing with nearly 30 years of global management experience in consumer products and services industries.Most recently, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Georgette Klinger, Inc.

Prior to Georgette Klinger, Inc., Willis served in senior management roles at companies such as Reader's Digest Association and Ogden Corporation.Willis rose to be President, Europe/Africa Region at Reader's Digest with P&L responsibility for $1.4 billion revenues in 20 countries.In his tenure at Ogden, as Executive Vice President for Industrial Services, he increased revenue 155%, profit 130%, and helped the company achieve market leadership in its category.Willis received his MBA from Northwestern University in 1974.
