Timothy Arthur Willis, 51, of Ironton died Wednesday at the Veteran's Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va.The Muncie, Ind., native was born March 7, 1953, the son of Arthur Willis of Ironton and the late Thelma Delorse Lyons Willis.

He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam Conflict and was a child care and maintenance employee for Mended Reeds.He was a member of Mamre Missionary Baptist Church and the Labor Local Union 83 of Portsmouth.He attended Ironton High School.
