Mr. Willis is the founder of LM&E Company Advisors and is its President and General Manager residing at the East Coast Office near Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.Mr. Willis has a background of over 22 years in the bio-tech, medical device and pharmaceutical industries with companies such as Allergan, Rorer Pharmaceuticals, CILCO, Barnes-Hind Pharmaceuticals, American Hospital Supply and Baxter Healthcare.He holds a technical degree and is the inventor or co-inventor on over ten patents.
Mr. Willis has been directly responsible for the management of new product development and product launches which today represent over $500 million in sales.Mr. Willis senior management positions have been in both start-up and large health care companies.His areas of expertise include strategic planning, product marketing, product/technology research and development and business development (licensing, acquisitions and divestitures).
Mr. Willis has served as principle negotiator, both domestically and internationally, on over 50 acquisitions, patent and licensing agreements, company alliances and joint ventures.Also since founding LM&E he has and continues to serve on the Board of several organizations and as interim President, Chief Operating Officer and V.P. Business Development for bio-tech and medical device companies.
