Mr. Martin Willis

Martin joined Fleurets in 1984 after spending 4 years at Bass plc and 6 years at the Inland Revenue Valuation Office prior to that.

He is based in the London office and is involved with hotels and all forms of licensed property, portfolio sales and valuations, tax and compulsory purchase valuations, rent reviews and estate management advice to small companies. He has acted as Expert Witness on a number of occasions.

Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, sits on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Trade Related Valuation Group, and is on the RICS President's Arbitration Panel. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property. Martin sits on Fleurets' Executive Board.
