  Jeff Willis began working for the Big Bear City Fire Department in 1984 as a Fire Fighter.During this 24-year period he has held the positions of Fire Fighter, Engineer, Captain, Division Chief, Assistant Chief, and in January 2008 become the youngest Fire Chief for Big Bear City Fire Department.He has responded to a number of type one and two incidents throughout the State of California.Through each of these incidents he has gained valuable knowledge necessary to successfully perform in the position of Division/Group Supervisor.Chief Willis is also a qualified Strike Team Leader.
