Jeff Willis, Vice President, Career Dreams, Inc.A 35-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency, Mr. Willis's assignments included the Agency's prestigious Career Training Program, and he was personally chosen by the Director of Personnel to represent the Human Resources Office by establishing and conducting highly effective classes within the Office of Training and Education.He also created and maintained a widely recognized casualty assistance program, assisting individuals, families and offices during periods of personal tragedy.After completing the CDI training program as a certified facilitator, Mr. Willis spent three years in the CIA's Center for Career Transition, assisting individuals in recognizing their talents in order to pursue successful post-Agency careers.

Jeff Willis
Jeff Willis was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming and graduated from Brigham Young University in 1963 with a degree in Elementary Education.Following graduation, he taught for three years in a "one-room" school in Iran.His students ranged in grade from 3 through 8 and were the dependents of US citizens.He entered the Central Intelligence Agency via the prestigious Career Training Program in 1966 and retired from the Agency in October of 1998.
The majority of Mr. Willis' work with the CIA was service in Human Resources (HR).He also spent two and one half years representing HR while serving as an instructor in the Agency's Office of Training and Education, Management School.Mr. Willis taught the complete range of "management" related classes.He also introduced and implemented a very successful class on evaluating and ranking employees for promotion and/or assignments.
Using his outstanding talents in inter-personal relationships, Mr. Willis served as the Agency's Casualty Officer during the years of it's most intense requirement for that service.Using those same skills he also successfully implemented a highly controversial new pay system for secretaries.
The last three years of his service to the CIA was spent in the Agency's Center for Career Transition.In this position, Mr. Willis worked with literally hundreds of individuals.He enabled them to recognize their talents and post Agency career dreams and to successfully pursue them.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Willis has been very active in his church and community.He has served in numerous church leadership positions and has taught teenagers from 6:00 to 6:50 A.M. for over 12 years.He has been a very popular and widely recognized parent due to his ability and willingness to lead the parents and the students in cheers at his son's football games.He has affectionately been called, "The world's oldest living cheerleader."
