The company has leveraged a portion of its previously announced $4 million investment from GE Asset Management to appoint David F. Willis Jr. as senior vice president of marketing, and to partner with a leading communications firm.

Mr. Willis joins the Bullhorn executive team with nearly ten years of branding, marketing and sales experience.His broad exposure includes agency and corporate-side strategic marketing communications, brand development and management for consumer and business entities, and expertise in a range of consumer services and technology markets.
In his new post as senior vice president of marketing, Mr. Willis will be responsible for market research and strategic positioning, advertising and public relations, marketing communications and web site development, and sales and partner support.He will manage a staff of seven, outside communications agencies and will report to Mr. Hinckley.
Prior to joining Bullhorn, Mr. Willis was director of marketing and business development for myteam.com, a consumer-oriented web-portal, where he developed and executed the business and marketing strategy for key business units, and helped marketing efforts to secure $35 million in second round financing.He was also responsible for a range of marketing, advertising and direct mail initiatives for partner and vendor negotiations and agreements.
Before joining myteam.com, Mr. Willis was director of marketing and new customer development for the American Skiing Company.While at the American Skiing Company, the largest owner and operator of ski resorts in North America, Mr. Willis managed the company's global Internet strategy, customer acquisition and retention, and P&L responsibility for a $30 million dollar operating division.Mr. Willis started his career in advertising holding posts on both the agency and client side.He received a B.A. from Hobart College.
