Willis is a Vigil Honor member and Eagle Scout from the Menawngihella Lodge of the Mountaineer Area Council.He is an assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 80.This committee is responsible for the American Indian dance and drum portion of the Indian Summer program.Willis is section chief of C-5A.Under his leadership, Willis is pledging that his committee "will provide the best and most in-depth American Indian training ever!"
