Mr. Willis subsequently worked in the investment banking divisions of Cleary Gull Inc. and Robert W. Baird & Co.Inc., where he focused on merger and acquisition advisory and debt and equity financing services for public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution and healthcare industries.

Mr. Willis graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.Mr. Willis is a certified public accountant.
