Barbara Willis -Vice President/Sales & Marketing: Willis joined Startel in 1982 as a customer support specialist before moving to a sales position.She was promoted to Western Regional Sales Director and finally to VP of Sales and Marketing.She began her telecom career as a part-time agent for TAB/Answer Network and was eventually promoted to Office Manager.

Socrates Karageorge - Vice President/Systems: Karageorge has been Vice President of Systems for the company since its inception in 1980.Before that, he held various technical and supervisory positions with Collins Radio, Interstate Electronics, and GTE Information Systems.He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley.
