Barbara Willis is a former special education teacher for the New York City Board of Educaton.Her involvement with CYO started started when she excelled in sports as a teenager.She combined her teaching talents with her love for sports and became a successful softball and basketball coach at her parish of St. Charles.In 2006, her Debs A basketball team won the CYO State Championship.
