Art Willis is a specialist in accounting, taxes and financial analysis.He was the Weld County Treasurer for seven years, elected and re-elected to administer a multi-million dollar portfolio of public funds.He did such a good job he was Colorado County Treasurer of the Year in 2000.Art is the owner of Colorado Business Services, and CFO of an international investment firm.He also serves as Secretary Treasurer of a number of other entities.He has extensive business consulting experience, and has worked with lots of entrepreneurs, start-ups and non-profits.For an accountant, Art is a real Renaissance man, interested in everything from the history of cognac to fly fishing.And while Art is a major brain in accounting, he speaks fluent English non-accountants can understand.Art wishes he had more time to go fishing.
