Dr Willis has a background in the hospitality industry stretching back to the 1960's.Following a wide and diverse background of hospitality operations; he has over eighteen year's academic experience in higher education.Prior to joining the School he was a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Westminster, Harrow Business School, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate level, He has acted as a consultant for a number of Hospitality Organisations and agencies carrying out customer research and developing business plans.
