    Anne Willis has over twenty years' experience in the travel industry and expertise in corporate and leisure travel market operations.

    Anne joined travelstore.com in 1999 from The Travel Company, one of the UK's top five business travel management companies with annual turnover exceeding £150 million.She held a number of positions during her nine years, most recently serving as director of operations.She oversaw major company divisions with accounts ranging from £50,000 to £15 million.Total area turnover was in excess of £50 million.She was responsible for sourcing and implementing new services and standards, as well as high level management of all divisional accounts, budgets and personnel.

    Whilst serving as operations manager, Anne managed implementation programmes, service enhancements, quality control, cost initiatives, staff recruitment and training.She also oversaw the implementation of a new management information systems process and chaired the operations committee for GTM, the global alliance for The Travel Company, which focused on analysing and implementing best practices across the GTM network.In addition, she led the 1992 programme to standardise and document company procedures and headed The Travel Company's total quality management team.

    Prior to that, Anne held a variety of managerial positions at travel industry companies including regional business travel manager at Exchange Business Travel, implant supervisor for Lloyds Bank at Gray Dawes and managerial experience at Lysander, Exchange and Britannic travel agencies.
