    Seniors who are housebound or in non-air-conditioned homes can obtain transportation to four city cooling centers by calling Chicago's 311 service , said Anna Willis , commissioner of the Chicago Department on Aging.The centers have planned activities such as bingo and arts and crafts , and also provide lunches.
