    "It was confusing before, now it's really confusing," said Ann Willis, librarian for 24 years.She has watched her library split into two -- elementary and high school -- then reunited.

    Her lights and computers haven't been installed and books remain stacked in piles, but she's grateful for the increased wall space."It's going to be really nice when it gets done," she said.
