Andrew Willis, EVP, CFO and Board MemberAndrew is a co-founder of Crossix and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.Andrew joined Crossix in 2004 from a career in Investment Banking focused on healthcare companies most recently at NM Rothschild in London where he helped to establish the Private Placement Group (PPG) in Europe for Rothschild.Andrew brings over 8 years of healthcare finance experience to Crossix.Prior to Rothschild, Andrew served as a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York in its Private Finance Group where he focused on raising private capital for companies and in its Healthcare Group where he gained broad corporate finance and M&A experience working with a wide range of public and private healthcare clients.He received his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
