    Albert Willis joined MIT's Information Systems department in 1993 as a member of the Helpdesk and immediately became known as the Mac guy.During his time in Information Systems, he's been a team leader of the Desktop Products hardware and software evaluation team, written custom software installers, written articles for the I/S newsletter and has presented at Macworld Expo and NERCOMP.After helping lead the effort to provide support for Mac OS X at MIT, Al joined the Software Release Team full-time in January 2003 where he oversees the support and release of Macintosh software to the MIT community.In his spare time, he coordinates Mac Partners, the Mac user group at MIT.As far as we know, he's the only vegan in Information Systems.

    He's the only vegan in MIT's I/S department as far as he knows; he started his computer career when he learned to program the Apple II in 1979 when in high school.
