During his 20 years working in the jewelry industry, Mike Willingham has built a reputation as a leader in the jewelry industry, serving as a resource for major insurance companies; an advocate for the jewelry consumer and, a client-centered approach to those he serves.Prior to forming The Diamond Coach, Willingham held positions with some of the most prestigious jewelry salons in the United States.

Willingham grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas where he attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Gemological Institute of America.He has been involved with numerous non-profit organizations including serving terms on the Little Rock Education Commission.Willingham resides in Dallas, Texas and Little Rock, Arkansas.
