  Dr. Gloria Willingham is the new associate dean in the school of education leadership and change at Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, Calif.Previously, she was chief of nursing education and research at the department of veteran affairs.Willingham earned a bachelor's from Regents College, a master's from the University of Arkansas and a doctorate from Claremont Graduate University.
