    Chaired by Ed Willingham, executive vice president at First Citizens Bank, most of the funds from the capital campaign will be used to build a new Central Y on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh and a new branch in southwestern Wake County.

    The campaign also has raised $2 million for Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer in a larger effort that has raised over $6.5 million for the two camps, both in Arapahoe.
